CARMEL VALLEY

Oh how we love Carmel Valley! So much that we plan to move there within a year. The school district is the best in the area and it's just such a lovely place to raise a family.
We spent Saturday hiking around Garland Park and playing at the river.
Our children are officially river rats!

LITTLE FISH!

YESTERDAY AFTER 4 WEEKS OF SWIMMING CLASS THE GIRLS FIGURED IT OUT!HOORAY!!!!!!!!!

LOOK OUT SWIMMING POOLS, HERE WE COME!

JUST KEEP SWIMMING, JUST KEEP SWIMMING

WE DECIDED THAT IT WAS HIGH TIME THE GIRLS LEARNED HOW TO SWIM. THIS HAS NOT BEEN AN EASY THING FOR EITHER OF THEM BECAUSE THEY ABSOLUTELY HATE GETTING THEIR FACES WET! THERE IS A LOT OF CRYING INVOLVED BUT NOW THAT WE ARE INTO OUR 3RD WEEK OF LESSONS THINGS SEEM TO BE LOOKING UP. BOTH GIRLS ARE LEARNING HOW TO KICK AND BLOW BUBBLES IN THE WATER. HOPEFULLY SOON THEY WILL BE LITTLE FISH!
